This year's ceremony was held at Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire on the 6th of December. The 'Circle of Excellence' award was setup 6 years ago by Sage to recognise and reward their leading Business partners who excel in Customer Service. The criteria set by Sage cover a range of customer service based areas, from support provision, aftersales service, telephone manner, software knowledge, helpfulness and whether you would refer the business partner to a friend or colleague. This year's results were independently collected and verified by the Newcastle University Business School.
